HDFC Bank — failed transaction

This is addala anusha my concern is that i have transferred amount of 1000 on october 23 2017 by using payzapp to my account

I have spoke to hdfc customer care they have also confirmed the same that, they havent received amount of 1000

I have been calling payzapp customer care from past 20days but call is not established with customer care. Its really disappointing.

I request u to slove the issue and refund my money as soon as possible.

I got mail regarding to my complaint saying that You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days.
But I still didn't get any mail.. Please refund my money
