I want to inform you that multiple fraudulent transactions have happened on my card and Rs.16000 has been debited from my card on 22/9/2020 at 11:08 am, without my knowledge. Details are given below.

As the aforementioned transaction has not been done by me and has happened without my knowledge, I am of the firm belief that it is a fraud and hence I am not liable to pay this amount. Kindly ensure that not paying this amount will not impact my CIBIL or any other credit score, in any case whatsoever.
I have been trying HDFC, its been more than two weeks yet I am getting no solution. By being helping me out through this trouble, HDFC yet sending me mails like this fraud transactions are done by me.
Being as a first time customer of HDFC, I am highly disappointed by the standard of services are being provided to customers. I would request and ask HDFC to look after this issue and kindly get it resolved . Was this information helpful? |
