This is deepak from delhi, about 1.5 year ago credit card person offer me a hdfc credit card with lots of benefit and features... That time i was not interested in any paid card but credit card person has offered me a card where i have to spent 30000 rupee in a year to waive off from yearly fee.
Even final confirmation and approval department has also committed same and i agreed. (Listen recorded audio clip, i wish you have)
Again i called to customer care for online login help when i got snapdeal credit card. And again spoke person has confirmed same.
Now i am shocked when after a year hdfc charged me yearly charges however i have spent more than 45000 in that year.
My concern is very clear i will not pay any false committed amount, please block and close my card... I am very disappointed by hdfc service team.
Now i heve no online access (May login close by hdfc) but i am receiving every month statement with adding charges.
I hereby informing to hdfc that neither i am going to call nor mail. If i will get charged for the credit card i will lodge a complaint in consumer forum.
