Hi this is Nadeem here.
dear team kindly check the details without any reason my money got hold and in my credit card there is a finance charges of 600rs when i have already cleared the entire bill amount before due date.. this is 2nd time its happening like this i have complaint many times but no response from the customer care people whenever i tried connect with the team after waiting for 45min call will get automatically disconnected.
kndly resolve this issue soon

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
We wish to clarify that, payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Hence we request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of bank charges.
