[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — false promise and insist on applying credit card by an hdfc bank

In month of july an hdfc employee from c-3 branch janakpuri insist me for applying credit card regalia first as i told him i don't need any credit card he told me that there is an offer this credit card has no charges at all either i use or not there will be no extra charges. I applied for the credit card in the branch, few days before i got message from hdfc bank that i got charged rs 1180 /-. I didn't use the card, when i enquire from bank then other staff told me that he gave me false promise there are some charges card. I request you to please take action as this is the second time an hdfc employee has cheated me. I am not a working women i can't pay money for some false reasons.

However, the renewal fee will be auto reversed when your card usage spend during the previous 12 months period exceeds Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 We request you to share the details of the person who offered life time free card to us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com, so that we can check and do the needful.
