I have submitted my fasttag application through online on 22/11/2019.

I have paid 500rs for the same.

It was mentioned i will receive application form to my registered email id. But i did not received any.

Reference number : hfr450505

Either i need the application form or i need my money back. I tried reaching out to customer care [protected]. But it is always busy!!

Very worst customer service, stealing money from customers but not fulfilling customer's request.
