HDFC Bank — fastag application status ..no update..hdfc

I have purchased my fastag from hdfc bank, but I did not receive any confirmation mail from the seller side..I contacted the concern customer care but they are not responding to the calls..very poor customer support...Can u please guide me in finding my application status and to get the fastag..my application no is HFR 404768..The customer care number is always busy and hdfc bank people also did not know how to resolve it..very pathetic.please do the needful as earlier
