I have paid twice for the single trip at kherki daula toll plaza today morning. Amount deducted from fastag but no response received at the toll, then again cash has to be paid to open the boom barrier.
Had 30 mins discussion with toll cara agm & he said that there is issue in your server.
If the issue repeats again, i will ask for any refund instead sue you for customer harassment.
