HDFC Bank — fastag

After purchasing hdfc fastag, i paid 500 rs online through netbanking, i have not received welcome mail. My rfid number is[hfr402736]. I have got fastag customer id & wallet id id. I am unable to login my account online it is showing invalid. I didnt receive the hardcopy to my residential address.

I tried to contact the toll free number[[protected]], but not responsive. How can i solve?
