Hello, I paid for a fastag using my credit card on 23/11/2019. I received a message that 500 rs. Were debited from my card. But then the fastag website said 'session timeout or error on page' So at the moment, i have paid the money but i don't know whether the fastag application was successful. The customer care number is always busy and i can never speak on the phone with anybody regarding this issue. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I had the same issue today (Nov 25th) and my application ref is HFR537314

There is absolutely no one to talk to... seems like a crappy service here. my Rs 500 is already charged with the SMS confirmation. But only have an error page on the web.
