HDFC Bank — Fastag

I have purchased 'Fastag' through HDFC Bank, Customer ID[protected], HFR No:-HFR788329, but the same is NOT working . I informed them through mail but they are offering any solution whatsoever instead of asking me to call[protected], which was never through any time of the day . They are only collecting money and not providing any services.
