I had purchased new honda car in the month of October 2020. I had written several mails to hdfc to update my vehicle number and called the customer support several time. Customer support said they are not responsible for updating and they dont have access to emails. Fed up with this, i decided to close my fastag on 14th of December. I followed up several times for refund, and I still havent recived in my bank account. I spoke to Anitaa from fastag today and she said to send email again. Totally dissatisfied with fastag service of HDFC. Noone of the executives are informed on email communication, nor have authority to do anything. No escalation levels are followed and HDFC customer support does not take responsibility for anything. Past3 months they have been telling 2 working days, be it number plate updation or refund.
