HDFC Bank — Fastag card not received reference no. Hr[protected]

Address: Ward no. 2 SBI Colony, Begumganj

I have applied for Fastag from Hdfc bank and card was issued on 27 dec 2020 with reference no. HR[protected] but till date card not received and not having any status update.
