HDFC Bank — fastag complaint

I have applied fastag on date 15.11.2019. till date 26.11.2019 i have not receive any fastag and and status. Hrf number is HRF 377627 . There is no way to track my request. The toll free number which is provided in the website is useless. Whenever I tried it was busy. Please don't trust this service, it's waste of time.
