HDFC Bank — fastag courier not received

Address: 16-11-772/2/2 Sbi bank back side second lane, Moosarambagh, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500036

Hi my customer id is[protected],

I have received a message that my fast tag was delivered, However i dont received any courier till now and i tried to call customer care service but the connection was getting lost. Please help me out.
