It's been two weeks since i applied for hdfc fasttag but till now i have not received fastag. Its been one of worst customer service i have experienced in my entire life. Absolutely no care for the customer. None of the phone numbers works, and there no way one can get help from toll free or by any other method in case you need help. Either it's congestion in network, or switched off or number is busy. I tried the few numbers ending with *1243/*1033/*7227

My sincere suggestion. Please close this business if you dont have resources to provide service to customer.

I have already sent two mails to above mentioned mail I'd and got no response. HDFC bank should consider closing this fasttag business instead of harassing customer.
