I hold a hdfc fastag for my four wheeler and i have received a mail notification from hdfc fastag ([protected]@hdfcbank.net) that my account has been debited for rs.285 for adjustment entry on 1/20/2020 6:25:15
Immediately i contacted customer care and raised complaint regarding this to enquire and refund the money as i have not performed any travel on that day.
I have been asked to drop a mail to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com with all details.
I have sent mail on 21/01/2020 but i have not received any response for 20 days. So i called again to the customer care and asked the status of my complaint. They asked me to send mail with all details again and so i have sent mail again on 09/02/2020. Also i have raised a service request on hdfc fastag website on 28/01/2020 with sr no sr[protected] and sequence no 30219. This is also still in open status and i believe there is no proper customer service setup for fastag customers to handle these complaints.
And unfortunately either the hdfc bank or npci are ready to address this issue and help to resolve it.
There is no escalation process also for these complaints. Attaching the screenshot of the transaction history of my fastag account which doesnt show any details of this manual adjustment entry transaction.
