HDFC Bank Fastag — no response after I did a payment through hdfc card

Its been 7+ years of relationship with hdfc which made me to take a decision on applying for fasttag from hdfc. But i am really so much disappointed the registration process. I have done the payment and uploaded the signed document as well on 5th nov 2017 but i didn't got any acknowledgement mail or any sort of communication about that, which is really worrying. And now i really don't know whether my application is went through or i need to do anything else to get this done. Please help me on this. I have applied for fastag and received the same from HDFC, But unfortunately am not able to access my account through retail login. i have tried by providing different login options. and non of your team available through toll free to help me on this.
