HDFC Bank — fastag not issued by hdfc bank

Hi there,

I had applied for fasttag on 24-nov-2019 by paying rs 500 through hdfc netbanking. Application reference number :hfr504624. However, i am not able to reach out to customer care inspite multiple attempts, neither there is any update received from hdfc on the current status. Attached application confirmation screenshot for your reference.

Can you please make sure fast tag is sent to my registered address asap.

Kindly note that your FasTag Application is currently under process. Your tag will be dispatched to your mailing address within 7 working days. We request your patience in the interim.

I have not received the fast tag yet although i got confirmation that it was dispatched on 28-Nov-2019 itself. Please confirm by when it will be shipped and expedite the process ASAP.

I have not received the fast tag, although it was generated last week itself on 28-Nov-2019. Please confirm when will it be shipped and expedite the process
