[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag not received

I have applied for the hdfc fasttag online service on 14th dec 2019. I have already paid the charges i have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is most of the time busy and if i am lucky enough, they will answer my call saying stay online we are processing your request.
