I am also facing the same issue. I had got a message saying fastag got issued successfully from HDFC Bank. I dint get it delivered and I have to travel by December 1st week, why you people are not responsible for this? Atleast provide us valid customer care number, if nothing is perfect from your end please don't provide such services.
There are n number of fastag providers, we opted your service on trust. That seems not to be happening.

Same problem. Neither the number [protected] is reachable. Nor any way of communicating. Looks like a systematic fraud by HDFC Bank.
i also have the same issue... got a mail saying account created and deafault 200 rs recharge done... haven't got the Tag physically. National Fasttag toll number...1033 they said your Tag has been delivered...contact HDFC toll number to know excatly.

i called their road side assistance... to query about what is the status of my Tag
she gave a another number... when i called that number they said its loan processing department we dont know anything about fasttag... simply bluffing every where... hdfc bank authority asked to write to this mail status.[protected]@sahaj.co.in this is also some invalid mail address... my mail got returned.

Sending email is a complete waste, I have sent multiple times. they never used to reply.

Exactly the same problem i am facing too. Applied for HDFC Fastag on Nov 13th and was promised to receive the tag in 7 days. Although its been over 15days, no trace of the card.

Now who would issue me the fasttag? The amount has been already debited and it's been more than 15.days
Amount has been debited...HDFC says it's govt problem and they are only the payment gateway...the toll free number provided is not responded...who will close this loop?

I have applied for HDFC Fastag on 26/11 and am yet to receive anything. Except for a mail containing the reference ID which is HFR485255, i have not received even a phone call from anyone. Worst part is my money has already been debited from my account and there is no way I can contact anybody to know the status of my application! Customer care number [protected] is perennially busy. No email address. Phonebanking cannot help! Is this some kind of a joke by HDFC?
Update...I received the fasttag by Bluedart courier today...I think the only solution is to wait ...with no communication
I applied on 30 Nov, Money debited but got no email conformation on registered E mail ID or Phone No.

My Wallet and ID has been created and the money deducted but I still have not received my Fastag. Toll Free number does not work and there is no update on my Fastag.
Same issue here. I have been given a congratulatory note with wallet ID and Customer ID however, no tag. No way to reach customer care of HDFC as the line is permanently busy.
Is there anywhere we can send an email to ? What details is needed ?

I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.
Applied fastag from HDFC bank on 20th Nov, Since exactly after 1 week I am keep on trying to contact the customer care [protected] for getting the status. Luckily call got connected today, but later I come to know there is no luck.Because even after sharing our reference number they are unable to check the status and simply commenting, it may take another 7- 10 days. What can we tell in-front of this kind of response..I am completely speechless..
Here I have a query..
As I have already applied for fastag, what will happen if I go some where else (toll plaza) and buy another one.
Is it possible ?
