HDFC Bank — FASTAG not yet delivered to the address

Please note that I had raised a request for Fastag throught net banking on 30th Dec 2020 and payment of rs 500 has been deducted. Post after few days in received a sms with customer ID and wallet ID but the fastag still hasn't been delivered. I tried to reach the HDFC fastag customer service on[protected] as provided in website. It rang several time but it used to get disconnected. It's such a pathetic and appalling service HDFC bank is giving to its customer. In future I won't be opting services from HDFC. Kindly confirm as when the fastag would be delivered to my address.
