I initiated a request to replace my fastag on 22-Aug-2019 by sending a mail to on @insolutionsglobal.com as suggested by the customer care. I provided all the details about the fastag. I sent a reminder on 24-Aug and then on 28-Aug. When I did not receive any response I called the CC again. CC told that they did not receive any such request in mail and asked me to send mail again. This time I used my another mail account and sent the mail. But I did not receive the response again. I called again CC on 05-Sep, this time initially they again told that they did not receive any such mail but when I forced them to check in detail they confirmed of receiving the mail and asked me to deposit 100 Rupees in HDFC account and send the receipt in the mail. I did the same. But again no response from their side. When I called CC again on 11-Sep, they again told me that they never received any mail from my side. When I again forced them to check it, they acknowledge of receiving it and told me that fast would be dispatched in this week and I would receive SMS confirmation. I did neither receive any SMS not any response from HDFC. Today (16-Sep) I called again CC and this time again they told that they never received any mail from my side. But again when forced them to check it they acknowledge it any told me that Fatag would be dispatched in this week.
I am raising this complain because I have no hope of HDFC Fastag support resolving my problem. I have 800 Rupees balance in the Fastag account and that is why following it up with them otherwise I am not at all interested in HDFC Fastag after going through all this.
Also since current fastag is not working so there is almost daily arguments with toll plaza staff as I have also activated monthly pass on it for my daily up-down commute to my office. Was this information helpful? |
