[Resolved] HDFC Bank — fastag service

I have paid rs.1000/- for hdfc fastag service but after two transactions its showing balance is zero & my a/c is black listed.
I just want to know the reason behind this. I tried a lot to connect the customer care number but that number is not working also there is no mail id available for proper communications.
Two transaction amount-rs.215/- only

Updated by Santoshmama I had deposited rs.1000/- for fastag facility, got the fastag.
I dont understand the tag has been black listed after used two times of rs.215.
Now the balance is nil.
I just try to understand the reason behind this.
I tried a lot for connect with your customer care but that number is not working.
Also there is no mail id mentioned.

Request you to please look in to this.
