HDFC Bank — Fastag sticker

I had applied for my fastag through HDFC bank 15days ago .On 24 the Dec i received my wallet ID which was recharged with 500 Rs . But I still haven't received my fastag sticker till date due to which I am facing troubles everyday . Kindly look into it .Fastag application number is HFR01762512.
