[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fastag sticker not received

I applied for hdfc fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is going to be mandatory from 15th dec onwards.

Hdfc fastag not delivered even after getting confirmation from bank as below..
Dear Customer, your FASTag has been issued successfully. Your Customer Id is[protected] and Wallet Id is [protected].
Your FASTag Wallet has been created! Card will be dispatched in 4 working days(30.11.19).
I have applied for HDFC fastag on 26th Nov 2019, balance is deducted but I haven't received it yet.
HDFC fastag Customer Care number is fake it never connects. No update from HDFC side.
Either cancel my application or send my fastag.

I had applied fastag through hdfc bank and i got the tag but did not receive any welcome emailer with details of the fastag even after a month. Because of this, i'm not able to recharge my fastag even after receiving my tag.

I have applied for fastag on 9th Dec & got reference Number after payment through HDFC credit card. Received confirmation by reference number generation & Number is HFR966177.
No pdf copy of application received till 12 th & no call from any representative.
Customer care number is always busy & not useful.
We have 4 fastag logo[protected] on behalf of our company ems infracon pvt ltd, vehicle reg. No. Up14cq-7008, up14dr-7373, up14de-8601, up-14bv-7386, but after 7-10 days, fastag logo not working, and showing its as blacklisting mode, and we have rs 14500/- balance in our fast tag account. Kindly solve this problem,
My hdfc account has been deducted for Rs1450(approx) saying inter branch cash as the description. I don't think it's a reasonable deduction. Please refund the amount as soon as possible. Other wise I am gonna change my bank to any other
HDFC Fastag is one of the worst ever Fastag issuer and playing with customer patience. I have paid one month back the amount, still there is no track of Tag issue or status update. My application ref no.HFR640287.

Customer care is 24hrs busy, if it gets connected, they talk like they are sleeping and disconnects the call without resolving your issue. They are playing with customer patience. No other medium except customer care number to contact and it is always busy...you hardly get connected.

Guys please do not go for HDFC Fastag...
try to call hdfc customer care after 10 PM at that time call connects, my fastag was dispatched on 4th of dec by hdfc with blue dart courier. My courier was put on hold blue dart in my city. May be this will help you

Numbers given on HDFC site[protected] and 1033 are 24 Hrs busy and NOT working at all ! This is horrendous and outrageous. How disappointed customers like me are supposed to reach out to customer care ???????? I am fuming with anger. Can someone tell HDFC that their service is miserable PATHETIC and they have NOT right to torcher customers like this.
Iapplied for FAST TAG through online from HDFC, stil i didnot received my card, daily iam calling to theat stupid unresponsed number... its alwayz telling busy ... stil i dont know when i will get my card.
no customer care from HDFC. please do the need full.

I submitted application for Fast Tag on 06-Dec-2019. My application reference number is HFR923045. I got a confirmation that the ID has been created but i have still not received the Fast Tag.
Customer care doesn't work and HDFC Doesn't seem to bother about their customers. This is very pathetic.
If HDFC doesn't have the capacity to handle fast tag transactions then they shouldn't be doing it. This is very stressful. Atleast inform your customers and don;t accept request from new customers by cheating them that the tag will be issued in 7 working days. Its cheating.

Havent recceived the fastag from HDFC even after a month. They claim to send it in 15 days!! The customer care no. doesnt work and there is no way we can connect with them and raise complaint. No proactive information or update on when I'll receive my fastags.

I am surprised that its HDFC who has this level of service. They should introspect.
