Dear all,
I had applied for fastag online on 6th dec 2019 but till today i haven't got the sticker.
I am trying to reach toll free support but it comes busy always. I tried teaching hdfcbank customer support, they gave email id which doesn't exists.
I searched through online but no where any contact details are mentioned.
A sum of rs.500 is already deducted otherwise i would have gone to other providers who are responsible and faster
Hdfc is not at all worried about the fastag initiative and have no process, control the way things are going on. They are playing with our money
Someone responsible from hdfc should take fastag issues seriously and resolve asap.
Authorities can you act upon???
