HDFC Bank — Fastag sticker not received even after 2 weeks

I have applied for fast in HDFC on the 17th of december and there is no trace of it. Have not received it since date. Applicaiton no. HFR01725824 in the name of Vidyut Acharya.

I have sent a mail to the dispute team too as adviced by the call centre but there is no reply on that either.
