[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Fastag wallet id and customer id and welcome message

Sir/madam,
I have not received my welcome message with fastag wallet id and customer id. Only the message stating the balance amount and status of id showing active message is reflecting on 26thmarch 2020 for the amount in balance.
When i am trying to use the vrn it is still not accepting.
