[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — faulty mixie received after reeding hdfc credit card points

In nov^17 redeemed my credit card points and purchased a philips mixer. The mixer what i received is of 2014 model with scratches on it. Even after repeated follow the issue was not resolved. As insisted started using the mixie on 28-jan and found to be not working satisfactorily. The philips technician on visit found the blades faulty. I feel i have been cheated as i have reedemmed 10000 points and received a faulty product. Who will resolve the issue. [protected] is my card no.
