[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — for new credit card

Address: Mehsana, Gujarat, 384210

My credit card expire in month of september 2016, after that i am applying for new credit card in my new address but bank rejected 5 times my application due to signature miss match, when i first time apply i got same reason, but after that send all document with signature miss match form, again they told same thing, i contact with hdfc bechraji branch but they cant resolve my problem

We observe that your request received at our end was not processed for reason – Signature mismatch ie., the signature available in the written request does not match with the signature available in our bank records. Hence, we request you to send duly filled and signed the fresh form for change in address details, Signature Declaration Form (SDF) along with a self-attested photocopy of KYC proof such as pan card, passport, driving license). Please forward the said documents to our communication address to review your request. The Manager HDFC Bank Credit Cards, 8, Lattice Bridge Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai - 600 041 The application forms are available in our website under the following path: Forms Center > Credit Cards > Change of address, mobile number and email Ids Forms Center > Credit Cards > Change of address, mobile number and email Ids and Declaration - Signature mismatch.

Hi,
My name is AJAY KUMAR card number [protected],
From past 2 months m trying to change my contact number and address both, i given application 3 times but there is no result, when ever i ask for status from CUSTOMER SERVICE they said signature mismatch issue.
i dont know what service HDFC giving, seriously if i giving all details then only they are not ready to change.
even i not able to get from for signature change because in all signature mismatch form asking for HDFC bank account details but i am not having HDFC bank account.
