[Resolved] HDFC Bank — For one transaction amount deducted due to signal issue. Refund not yet fine.

I purchased some books in sapna books house on 11th july 2017. But while doing first transaction in cash counter the signal was improper in machine. Later they did card swiping again. But in my a/c amount deducted twice. The same i informed them. They told that 1st transaction will be refund from hdfc bank. But as of now i didn't received any refund.
