[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fraud call about credit card points redeem

I have received a call just now (30 jan 2018) saying redeem of credit card points... And the amount will be transferred to account. And asked to hold the credit card handy to share details. When i said i will get the same done by going to bank, caller was very rude saying what bank will do, who issued the card to you it's bank or us, bank people will not do anything.
