I am writing here since i am fed up with hdfc bank. They have been repeatedly financially harrassing me.
Every year, they would find a new way to charge me without taking my consent. Last year they upgraded my debit card and then charged more. When i told that i did not give consent, they downgraded my debit card and but did not refund the charges.
Last month they charged me rs 1000 + gst for a credit card that i have not even received.
I called customer care numerous times and explained the issue. They directed me to drop an email at customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com. I wrote multiple mails from them. It has been more than a month but still no response. The only response i got was that they called me and said that i will receive a callback in few days.
Then later i even filed complaint using hdfc portal. I received a call from hdfc agent and she asked me to visit hdfc bank branch. Again, when i go to hdfc branch, they say that they don't know anything about it and i need to get in touch with customer care.
It seems like they are taking me in for a loop. Please help me find a solution for this. I can;t keep paying unfair charges like these. Was this information helpful? |
