[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — fund transfer (neft) from sbi to hdfc not get credited in hdfc

Fund transferred from sbi kayyur branch with the utr number and they have provided all the proper information in screenshot with correct information on 13th oct 2017. But the amount is not credited in hdfc bank account and the same i have informed to the hdfc bank via personal banker. Every time they have said that will get back to me and so far it is not happened and now a days personel banker is not responding back. Please let me know how to proceed further.
