[Resolved] HDFC Bank — funds transfer success but not credit in my account

Hi,
This is siva, i have send money 5000 from payzapp to my axis bank account transaction status is success but amount is not added to my account. How can i get that amount, i have called to customer care helpline for knowing information but they didn't respond please help me. I have added the photos regarding to this transaction status displayed in app.
