HDFC Bank — get arn for refund from swiggy but not credited in account - amount 153/-

I ordered for food on 29 jul 2019 from swiggy which was cancelled and i got one refund with arn number from swiggy on the date 29 jul 2019, 08:53:29 pm for amount 153/-. But amount is not credited to my hdfc account. Also tried to contact hdfc customer care service not responding. Arn number is below for refund :

Arn : 30004692119210190807123

Kindly help on this issue.

Updated by rsksingh i tried to send required details along with screen shot of mobile for chat details with Swiggy in which they provide ARN at given mail id grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com but getting message to correct mail id and i corrected as [protected]@hdfcbank.com but get message as "unable to deliver at given mail id"
