[Resolved] HDFC Bank — getting calls for personal loan even after registering for do not disturb

I am fed up replying to your call centre to stop calling me everyday regarding personal loan. I just came to know that your bank is removing the name from the registry every three months without my consent. This is really surprising to me on how you can take your customers for granted. If this practice is not stopped then i would be forced to close my account due to the extreme mental agony suffered because of your constant pestering.
