HDFC Bank — got charged twice at indian oil petrol bunk

Address: Bangalore, Karnataka

On october 11, 2017, i filled petrol at indial oil coco kormangala branch for 200 rs but they charged me twice because of machine problem. They said to complaint to you for the refund. My card ends with 5070. The transaction datetime is 11/10/2017 19:48 pm. The petrol bunk people are not even taking complaint and rude. Kindly help me to get the refund please.

I have transaction ids message:
