[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — got refund with arn number but the same is not credited to bank account

Address: Banjara Hills Hyderabad,Telangana

On 30.03.2020, i made payment of rs. 7000/- to icai but the transaction was cancelled and they refunded amount on 20.04.2020. They provided an arn number but no amount was credited to my bank a/c.

Kindly look into this matter and credit the amount into bank a/c at the earliest.
Its has already been 15 days since generation of arn number.
