I am gentem. Immanuel having current account [protected] in your bank.

I have requested you to close my hdfc current account but your management has not taken any action on that.

On top of that, i was charged an amount of 7300 rupees.

I am not willing to pay the amount if 7300 rupees because it is the mistake of your team.

So, kindly requesting you to close my current account without any charges.

Please email us at [protected]@hdfcbank.com and share us the name and address of the branch where you have submitted your request for account closure and the scan of the acknowledgement copy (if available). Please note that your account is currently dormant. To close the account, you need to first activate the account and then submit request for closure of your account. You are requested to visit our nearest branch for any further clarification or assistance.
