[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Harassment by bm and avinash tripathi

The matter is related to hdfc bank joginaka branch gopiganj uttar pradesh.

I went to hdfc bank joginaka branch in december 2016 to close this acount. But the branch managger asked me to continue the account and deposit money. He assured me that the negative balance of 4140 rs will be reversed by him after i will use my account regularly. So i deposited the money and start using the amount.

Then after december2016 i revisited the branch in may 2017. And i saw that none of the negative balance was reversed. I again requested the branch manager to reverse the negative balance (Charges). Then the bm sent me to avinash tripathi for reversing the negative balance. Avinash refused to accept any written application and assured me that my negative balance (Charges) will be reversed.

I kept on visiting the branch and asking avinash to do my work and he kept on giving me false assurance for more than a month. Slowly about a month has passed. Then again i talked to bm and branch manager said to me to give avinash a written application and write in it that a total 4140 rs has been deducted from my account as charges and please reverse it. On 29 of may i gave the written application and got a receiving.

Branch manager and avinash both has assured me that full 4140 amount will be reversed. Bm also said that im not required to do any comlaint to customer care, and if avinash will not reverse the amount even after getting written application then the bm himself will do complaint against him.

I am harrassed for more than a month and today on 5-6-2017 when i visited the branch nothing was done for reversing my money. And moreover the branch manager changed his words and said that only two deductions will be reversed and total 4140 will not be reversed. However from december 2016 to may 2017 the branch manager himself had assured me that my full
Money 4140 rs will be reversed.

Avinash has harrrassed me for more than a month and bm has changed his words, firstly he said that he will reverse my full negative balance then after harrassing me for more than month he is saying only two transactions will be reversed.

I request the customer care to please call me and understand the topic properly. Branch manager used to say that all the deductions will be reversed one by one but today on 5-6-2017 he directly refused to reverse my deductions.
