My name is Abhinav Purwar and i have a personal loan with HDFC bank. I have paid 13 EMI and due to my financial difficulties i was not able to pay it from past 9-10 months . i have every intention of paying it but my situation is not i can pay it right now. and because of which my account has been transferred to the collection agency. Now the collection agent named Akshay and other recovery agents from hdfc bank started calling me i in formed him my situation but he kept forcing me some how i arranged some money Rs 1500 to pay him and told him that i will start paying it as soon as i can he again started call me for the same not ready to listen anything and forcing me to pay. i couldn't answer his few calls and he started calling my married sister and her family( which is a serious violation of RBI guidelines) i informed him not to contact my sister or her family as its a violation of the law. He agreed and said we will never contact you sister and her family ...after a month or two he again started calling my sister and his family member who has nothing to do with me and started harnessing them stating he don't know who we are and we will do this and that. i called him again today he started being disrespectful and when i told him that you have violated the law again he said do whatever you want to i will continue doing this and keep calling your sister and her family and everyone. He also stated that bank supports such illegal collection activities. He kept calling me repeatedly again and again and also my sister and brother-in-law and his family also called my cousin and informed him about my debt. I emailed banks loan support and i haven't got any response from them yet its been 3 months and they also threatened my sister and my brother-in-law that he will send police agianst me creating the panic her family.
