Dear Sir/Madam,
Sub-Harassment / Complaint against collection team.
This is to inform you that I have HDFC Credit Card with number [protected] and has requested for settlement of the card on the approval of 45507/- to be paid in 8 installment. Please note that I have already settled the entire amount except the last EMI of 5429/- for the month of November which was partially settled as per communication from the collection team over the phone and has received a SMS on phone to make immediate payment of 2000/- ON 16TH of December 2018. I have requested for the waiver of the balance 3429/- as exception due to financial crisis and was told that they will check and will revert to me but was never called.They have never informed that your settlement has been cancelled due to non payment of last EMI. As I was out of town due to death in the family I could not follow up on my request. Due to this instance my HDFC Saving A/C number [protected] was put on lean on the 02 FEB 2018. After having conversation with the credit card collection team and the senior manager Ms ASHLESHA SURVE from CHANDIVALI branch have been asked to make an immediate payment of 6000/- so that she will send an email to her senior manager for the approval to UNLEAN my account. This morning when I contact her to check the status of my request, she was rude and unprofessionally asked me to make full payment in order to UNLEAN my account. This is completely not acceptable as I was given false information and her behavior is very rude and arrogant and not ready to co-operate. She has hanged up on me in spite of calling number of times to talk to her and my call was continuously disconnected and could not reach her whole day. I have been mentally harassed by this behavior and false commitment. May I request you to kindly consider to resettle my account with minimum amount due as I am not in a position to make a full payment at a time with no other source of income. Also, please UNLEAN my account as I am the only earning member in my family and agree to make balance payment as per instruction.
