[Resolved] HDFC Bank — harassment from collection agent | |||
Dear team. I availed a credit card from hdfc bank owing to some financial issue requested the collection agent mr. Ranganadan that the due amount will be paid as soon as possible but he and his reporting manager treat us at low humanity levels they have started shouting and tried to hurt physically they are rushed to inside of house and shouting tried to damage our things. This is not that way to treat a customer they have used abused language with my family members also. I need a revert for this social image damage immediately.
