HDFC Bank — Have not received Cashback for my Iphone 11 Purchase

4 months ago I purchased an IPhone 11 in Poorvika Mobiles Pvt LTD in Hubli. I've yet to receive my cashback of 6000/-. The banks are telling me to go to net banking ans check. It's not redemption points but plain old cash back. please sort it out.
