There was a fraudulent transaction from my account and I had to block my debit card. But the customer care guy blocked my net banking and UPI too. I went to the bank the next day to fill the CDF form and re-applied for debit and net banking. The told me within 7 days it will get sorted.
Till now my account is blocked and I don't have a debit card. I have visited the bank thrice, they were rude and told me they have processed it. It's really difficult for me as I can't pay my bills Was this information helpful? |

They will courier me the debit card and net-banking password but it's getting delayed due to the COVID situation.
It's really difficult for me as I can't pay my bills.
I tried to generate my IPIN using Forgot Password but my account is blocked for the user.
Please suggest an alternate way for me to access the net-banking portal without waiting for the password.
