02 days before amount transferred payzapp account .money transfer thru scan to another account but transaction was failed i didn't receive money back please clear the problem

i used my sbi credit card to add money of rs 10000/- to payzapp wallet transaction failed but my sbi credit card got debited with 10000/- rs i need solution for this.

I did not get any call regarding one assist membership extensions. But they are automatically debited my hdfc credit card. Please need to refund the amount. I am not interest in one assist membership please cancel the membership. Please do not repeat in future without my knowledge

Net PL to HSL Sec A/C my Trading ID 4288331 without my knoledege I asked concern person but till not get proper answer.So I kindly refund my money in my account kindly take action properly it's my humble request
