The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

Hi Anshul,

I've the same issue!!
My current account is showing a negative balance of 29rs as held by the bank through MiREVENUE HOLD THROUGH GEFU.

Difficult to reach Customer care service.

What is this negative balance about.
What to do about it

I am yet to receive any reply from the bank, also am unable to reach the customer care support executive due to current ongoing covid19 situation.
