[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc bank 5000 rs. payzapp amount still not refunded

Address: New Delhi, Delhi, 110059

My payzapp mobile no: [protected]. I have done transactions on[protected] to my credit card to the payzapp wallet. Money deducted from my credit card and not reflected to the payzapp wallet.

I am trying to call customer care but always getting busy.

Here is the my transaction details:

Your icici bank credit card xxxx4001 has been used for a transaction of inr 5, 000.00 at payzapp (August 04, 2017; 09:58:50 hrs.). Available credit balance on your card is rs. 17, 308.25 and total credit limit is rs. 69, 000.00.

Please make them to refund my money asap.
